Lots of birds are dying because of Mobile signals radiations and Akshay Kumar, a scientist or a protagonist, decides to work in this direction by eradicating cell phones. This creates a ruckus and chaos in entire city and Rajnikanth, prepares chitti, which was dismantled at the end of Part 1 Robot. Understanding that Akshay Kumar's powers are beyond the control of chitti , he upgrades Chitti or you can say, Chitti upgrades himself to 2.0 with same destruction capabilities which were shown in second half of Robot. This leaves to Audiences to decide, whether Akshay Kumar is Good or Bad?
Being a huge fan of Shankar who has given movies like Hindustani,Nayak,Aparichit,Shivaji, Robot and I , patience level for a sequel is same as of Bahubali. Looks like Shankar has put his entire talent in this movie with Big Budget and VFX.
After facing a threat that is beyond the current understanding of science, the Government seeks the help of scientists. Dr. Vaseegaran suggests assembling Chitti to fight against it.
